Our right to vote is the most important privilege we have as U.S. citizens. But the Trump administration is threatening that right. Between the relentless push for voter-suppression bills like the “SAVE Act”, attempts to restrict mail-in ballots and purge voter rolls, this administration wants to take away our right as citizens to cast a ballot.

Proposition 39
California’s Proposed Voter ID Constitutional Amendment, will be on the California ballot on November 3. If passed, Prop 39 would require voters to show a government-issued ID every time they vote. Prop 39 stands up big barriers in front of eligible voters and is most likely to affect communities that already face obstacles. Prop 39 will result in ballot rejections and the purging of eligible voters from the rolls. Prop 39 creates a “solution” to a problem that doesn’t exist.
