DESCRIPTION:Join our experienced Bay Area Coalition coaches for calls to voters in our priority House Districts in CA\, for Randy Villegas in CA-22 and incumbent Rep. Adam Gray in CA-13.  \nThe House Majority runs through California!\nWe’ll be using the state-of-the-art autodialer Scale To Win. We’ll employ deep canvassing techniques\, such as active listening\, to connect with voters.  \n\nAll our callers will be trained by our experienced coaches according to their levels:  \n\nBeginners will get full training\, including 1:1 training if necessary. Our tech coach is on hand to help with tech issues. \nExperienced phone bankers who have never used the Scale To Win autodialer will get training on that in addition to the script\nExperienced callers who have used Scale To Win will be trained on the script for their first time and will then be able to promptly start making calls each time they return to our phone bank
