Our tech coach is on hand to help with tech issues. \nExperienced phone bankers who have never used the Scale To Win autodialer will get training on that in addition to the script\nExperienced callers who have used Scale To Win will be trained on the script for their first time and will then be able to promptly start making calls each time they return to our phone bank
